I did a skills assessment with Margaux.S. My goal, or rather my initial ideal, was to retrain in one of the digital... professions... but which one? I had no idea but that's what I was going to discover during my appointments with Margaux. After having listed all my professional skills acquired during my career, having carried out personality tests and having questioned what I liked and what I no longer liked to do, Margaux knew how to direct me to the job that suited me, that of "Digital Project Manager". Thanks to her listening and her experience, she was able to restore my confidence in who I was and what I was worth. From that moment my CV took another turn and put more emphasis on skills related to the digital field. This was also followed by workshops organized by APRH bringing together people in full questioning about their professional future.Finally, a last appointment with Margaux was useful because it was on the basis of his advice that I contacted recruitment firms to find out whether I should be redirected through a diploma course or have my CV forwarded. has employers potentially interested in my profile, pro exp and likely to train me?
